This is a set of three FileMaker Pro files that allow you to easily 
create IEPs and reports such as Annual Review Dates, Caseload Counts, and 

Class Lists. Although the IEP forms are samples of ones currently used in 

Santa Clara County, CA, the application provides an excellent set of 
templates on which you can build your own customized special 
education/IEP application. Features include easy use of buttons to 
perform most functions such as generating and printing reports and forms, 

automatic calculation of chronological ages, and modular design.

This application was developed to address some of the "overhead" problems 

facing special education today, namely: to reduce time spent with paper 
work; to reduce the repetitive nature of paperwork; to assist in managing 

an ever-increasing assortment of information such as annual review dates; 

to facilitate dealing with those "odd" requests for information we may 
receive from local, state and federal agencies; and to reduce frustration 

writing IEPs on multi-part forms.
